As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, several members of Mantra’s management team recently attended the “Essentials of Leadership and Management Training” program, delivered by Mactay Learning Solutions. The training explored practical approaches to leadership, people management, team engagement and decision-making, reinforcing the important role that strong management plays in supporting professional security operations.
